Shipping Policy

UK ORDERS:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays ) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will also receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

All orders are posted via Royal Mail First Class with tracking. There may be slight delays with processing and dispatch of orders during busy high volume seasons.

Estimated delivery costs depending on the weight of the item are:

Small items from 4.75

Medium Parcels from 7.50

Large Parcels from 13.50 ( via Parcel Force )

Shipping Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International shipping to non EU countries can take between 10 to 15 working days or more to arrive to yur destination.

Your order may be subject to customs import duties and taxes ( including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. ilé.darásimi is NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied; it is your responsibility as the customer.

Europe shipping from 11.85

USA shipping from15.95

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include the tracking number you can use to check the status. For international orders please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 7 working days ( 20 working days international orders ) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ile.darasimi@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.

Orange Bridge Cushion Cover

I first came across Taiwo and her wonderful stall at Hellens Garden Festival in Herefordshire. Her stall was so eye catching with all the beautiful colourful cushion covers, bags, lampshades and many more items. We bought 5 of these cushion covers, which really do stand out against our silver/grey sofa. They are very well made and of good quality. A very happy customer, many thanks Taiwo.

Gorgeous product

Beautiful wreath

I bought a wreath from Taiwo as an alternative to the traditional Christmas wreath. However it’s so beautiful I couldn’t bring myself to put it away with the other Christmas decorations, so it’s now hanging in my kitchen, brightening up January! Very well made and stunning - I love it.

Child's Apron

What a great service we had from Taiwo! We requested an apron for a 5 year old for Christmas at very short notice, and were overjoyed when it arrived in time! Nothing was too much trouble - Taiwo helped with choosing a fabric, sent a photo before sending the apron out, and to our delight included a complimentary matching hair bow! I know the young owner will be over the moon with her lovely apron, so thank you Taiwo, we really appreciate it!

Beautiful!

Got myself a rucksack, matching tassle zip pouch and cosmetics pouch. The fabric is gorgeous, they are all beautifully made. I can't wait to use them!
