International orders, please allow 7-14 business days for orders to be received.
International customers are responsible for all taxes and fees imposed by customs

Once your order is placed, an email notification will be sent to confirm your order. You will receive a second email with tracking details, when your order has been shipped.
Should you experience a non-delivery or your tracking states that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it; it is your responsibility to contact us within 5 days to file a claim with the carrier.
Ilé.darásimi will not hold accountability for orders that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We will not issue refunds or credits for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate delivery address, and be available to receive the package once it arrives. Notify us within 24 hours if a delivery address needs correction or changes.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges
Ilé.darásimi will be happy to issue a refund or exchange faulty items. Simply email us for a return address at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for return/exchange
All refunds and exchanges to be processed ONLY if request is received within 14 days of order delivery date.
ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDER PLACEMENT
For a refund or exchange to be processed, the items must be unused and in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Therefore we recommend that items are sent by special delivery with tracking, or using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
We reserve the right to withhold a refund if goods are not returned in their original condition and or/ if our goods have been damaged after point of sale through misuse or carelessness.
If preferred, we will be happy to exchange any of our items for the same product or products of a similar value (if the original item is no longer available).
Should damage occur during shipment, prior to order delivery; please include proof of damage i.e. pictures in your request. And return the entire package in order to receive a full refund or process an exchange. If damage occurs during delivery, we will be happy to recreate the original piece. However, many of our pieces are limited edition and recreating may not always be possible.
Once you have sent the item(s) please provide us with proof of return AND tracking number. When we receive the item(s), we shall then proceed to send you a refund/ Store Credit via email. Please note Store Credit’s will not include any previous shipping costs.
Upon receipt of your returned items, it takes about 3-5 working days to process your return. All payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card. Returns for refund will proceed within 5-10 working days of receiving the item, however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This depends on their processing time and can vary greatly between card issuers. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to influence this.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
